Michelle Obama feeds homeless people and eats at Five Guys

Michelle Obama, the voice of reason, says:

"We want to make sure our guests here and across the nation are eating nutritious items", said Mrs. Obama, who served lunch to several homeless men and women and delivered eight cases of fresh fruit to the soup kitchen, all donated by White House employees. “Collect some fruits and vegetables; bring by some good healthy food. We can provide this kind of healthy food for communities across the country, and we can do it by each of us lending a hand.”

After stressing that all people, regardless of income level or social status, should have access to nutritious food, Michelle Obama lightens the mood with some real talk. She notes that being healthy is important but so is moderately indulging in the things you love. (Apparently, she took her staff to lunch at a Five Guys Burger joint.) 

Isn't Michelle Obama remarkable? She eats healthy, craves a burger every now and then, and believes poor people deserve nutritious food. We have so much in common. I can't wait until she meets me.

Her name is Cynthia Phillips and she is a personal trainer living in Atlanta, GA. She is a fun loving spirit who doesn't take herself too seriously. (Even though her biceps are very serious.) She makes discipline look easy and according to her it can be.

Oh, and she's 51 years old.

Drawers (that's southern for: underwear)

I have been fighting wedgies since 1998.  Thus, I was overwhelmed with joy when I found the perfect pair of panties. (Please note: I'm saying the word panties with a British accent.  So the text should actually read: "pahn-ties".)

These "pahn-ties" are low cut, stylish, and provide full bottom coverage.  They come in a variety of cute stripe patterns but they are also available in solid neutral colors (for my mature readers).  Not only are they aesthetically pleasing, but they also have exceptional staying power.  They are perfect for a vigorous workout at the gym.

When I'm wearing these "pahn-ties", I can bend, jump, and even out run the meter maid with minimal 'cheek-shifting'.  These "pahn-ties" have endured strength training workouts, hip hop classes, and a battery of other tests.

You know it's not often that we find beauty enhancers that are cute AND comfortable.  High heels, no. Push-up bras, no.  Braces, no.
